The room was brand-new and tastefully decorated. The location was decent for exploring the quiet area and was convenient to all amenities, an Indian restaurant, and the airport. The affable and helpful staff provided all the necessary information.

The staff was great and rooms were clean. Nice and clean pool. Sprinkle Donuts.
There was no Orange Juice at the breakfast and I stayed for 4 nights. Wifi is iffy if your room is in between the two routers.

The staff were very friendly and tried very hard to be helpful
We where shall I start first I book 2 queens and got 2 doubles. 2. The rooms AC was very old and hardly cooled the room 3. The beds were so uncomfortable might as well slept on the ground. 4 the Continental breakfast was horrible ... Mostly donuts the juice was broke 5. The pillows were so flat and when we asked for more they were out 6. The key reader was broke on our room ( and many others ) so we had to go to the office to have them let us in any time we left. 7 check in is at 3 pm our room was not ready until almost 5 .... Over all this is the one and only time we will ever stay. They did give us money off of our bill but if it wasn't a holiday weekend we would have gladly paid full price so where else just not to be miserable the only reason it got any points was the staff was so sweet we felt bad for them

Nothing.
The place was ugly. The place was rundown. The place smelled horrible. We were supposed to be given an upgraded room. It's stunk. There was no refrigerator in it as we had requested. The safety lock on the door was broken. And for some reason they thought the giving us, mature couple, two queen size bed was an upgrade.

The location of the hotel is convenient, as it is easy to find and near the highway. Guests have also mentioned that there is a nearby LA Quinta Inn where everything was wonderful. Additionally, the hotel is located in Washington State.
There have been reports of unsavory characters and disturbances from guests in other rooms, which could create an uncomfortable and potentially unsafe environment.

I didn't like having to plug in a electric heater for heat.I no that having to plug in a small electric heater is Illegal .Also the bathroom looked like it was never cleaned. It was like a ice box,and a very bad damp smell..Still waiting for my refund from January 28,2016 to be credited back to my Master Card

Not a thing! It was filthy !
Everything! I took pictures of the place and I was mortified of the conditions of the place! I have never been so scared to lay in the bed that was broken down and dirty! The shower looked like it had never been cleaned so I couldn't shower. The microwave was disgusting, dust everywhere, duct tape under the sink, toilet was absolutely disgusting as if it wasn't cleaned ever! The lamp shades had drippings and full of dirt! The bathroom ceiling was disturbing the sink looked as if it was falling apart and missing pieces of the counter top. The AC unit taped to the wall and filthy! I was so disgusted by the place and couldn't sleep and had to wake husband at 3:45am to leave because I couldn't bare another minute in the place! Actually if I were the owner and ps you should be embarrassed and ashamed to have people stay there! Close that place down or do a complete remodel of the hotel. I wish I could get my money back and compensated for such a horrible experience! I've stayed in Howard Johnson Hotels before and they were very nice , but this place was absolutely disgusting! When I was online booking for a room it showed a very beautiful room , that was a very deceiving lie! And you guys only allow 3 pictures to show! When I have many more disturbing pictures! I would like to get a feedback from Howard Johnson CEO personally!!!

Convenient Location 🌟
The hotel's location was great for accessing a peaceful area and exploring California. Everything about this place was fantastic, although I did notice that a couple of the staff members seemed a bit unkempt.

We found a cockroach crawling on the night stand beside the bed. It made for a not so restful night. Also the toilet was leaking behind so there was water around the bottom. Room 109.

The parking lot
The dirty bath tub, dirty bathroom, drug deals next door, in and out traffic next door at 2am, asked for a smoking room, was told it was, got in room and the was a sign saying no smoking. This location gives Howard Johnson a bad name. We booked here because of that name and the pictures on your website. Room pictures are not anything like the actual.
